I mainly source family let properties of 2-3 bedrooms in South Yorkshire - primarily in Doncaster and Barnsley. The deals I secure are usually suitable for a buy, refurbish, refinance and rent model. However, if needed I can find readily suitable properties as well for a good deal. I am also investing in these areas so I assess the deals in the same way as if I was to buy it myself. I do also find some 4-6 bed HMOs for my investors if they request it.
