Offering full traditional service, from pre-purchase feasibility, design, planning submission, building regs approval, tender docs, raising contracts, valuations, principal designer and Architects sign off. We can offer a client the luxury of being as involved or not involved as they choose. Regarded as the go to practice for HMO projects having done around 150 of them over the last few years, we've also carried out several apartment schemes, serviced accom projects, and the more and more popular managed living (for everything from disabled adults to elderly, from large 50+ bed complexes to self contained micro units). Working primarily with investors, we have the full range of projects brought to us, both resi and commercial, both conversion and new build.
