We extend a warm and friendly welcome to the Norwyn Court where our helpful service compliment the Norwyn Courts high standards.
As family run Holiday Apartments we take much pride in our reputation for providing comfortable accommodation in our tastefully furnished apartments.
Our apartments range from 2 to 6 people.
Penthouse Apartment sleeps 6 people.
We have 3 ground floor apartments.
All ground floor suitable for wheelchair access via fold away ramp provided.
Every effort is made to ensure our guests stay is as pleasurable as possible, with friendly, personal service and attention to every detail.
Sorry but we do NOT take stag/hen or party type group bookings.
Central location 10 minutes walk to the beach, tower & town centre.

Front Apartment – Spacious studio apartment, kitchen area, own shower and toilet.

( Basement ) –
Own entrance.
Lounge/dining room with flat screen TV/DVD.
Fully fitted kitchen with built in oven & hob, fridge, microwave.
En-suite walk-in shower, sink & toilet.
1 bedroom with double & single bed.
The price is inclusive of free parking, central heating in cooler months, hot water & all bills (NO METERS).
(1st Floor) –
Front flat – Spacious lounge, separate kitchen, own shower and toilet. 2 Bedrooms.
(1st Floor) –
Side flat – Lounge with sofa, TV, twin beds. Separate dining/kitchen. Own shower and toilet.
(2nd Floor) –
Front flat – Spacious lounge with sofa, TV, bed, Separate dining/kitchen, Own shower and toilet.
(2nd Floor) –
Side flat. Spacious lounge with bed. Separate dining/kitchen. Own shower and toilet.
(2nd Floor) –
Side flat. Lounge with kitchen area through to bedroom, en-suite shower and toilet.
(Ground Floor) –
Front flat. Spacious lounge. Separate kitchen. Own wet room, shower and toilet. 1 large bedroom.
(First Floor) –
Front flat. Spacious lounge. Separate kitchen. Own shower and toilet. 2 bedrooms.
(1st Floor) –
Side flat. Lounge with sofa, TV, twin beds. Separate dining/kitchen. Own shower and toilet.
(2nd Floor) –
Penthouse apartment. Takes over the whole second floor. 3 bedrooms, spacious lounge, dining/kitchen, own wet room, shower and toilet.
These modern apartments are fitted with Electric Cookers, Kettles, Toasters, Ironing Facilities, Microwaves, Electric Fires, Fridges and Free view Television, They are completely furnished and tastefully decorated.
The beds are comfortable & fresh bedding is provided on arrival (we don’t do a change of bedding during your stay but a fresh change can be provided on your request). Cots can be provided for babies.
Towels, hairdryers are not provided but we have spare if you forget your own, just ask at reception.
All apartments are fitted with £1 coin electric meters.
(Please note we are very sorry but due to never ending price rises of electric being out of our control & also certain guests leaving heating & lighting on constant when going out, I’m afraid we have no alternative but to put electric £1 coin meters in the apartments, these are set to a minimum approx £1 to £3 a day depending on size of apartment & usage, it’s more to encourage guests to turn off before leaving the apartment)
Sorry but we do NOT take stag/hen party type group bookings (anyone falsely booking these without informing us will be turned away without refund)
The guest undertakes to be responsible for all damage and breakages during the stay in the flats.
The management reserve the right to cancel accommodation if at any time, in their opinion, the behaviour of a visitor is such that the comfort and enjoyment of others is thereby endangered.
The management does not hold itself responsible for valuables left in rooms.
The flats must not be occupied by more persons than stated. The management must be informed of any additional visitors.
Flats are available for check in from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival & guests are asked to vacate by 10.00 am on day of departure. Under no circumstances can this be altered without prior arrangement.
Guests are asked to please call us the day before arrival to give us an estimated arrival time. Accommodation may be re-let if not claimed by 6.00 pm unless we are advised of late arrivals.
Cancellations cannot be accepted unless two clear weeks notice are given in writing and acknowledged and then only if the flat is re-let. Deposits are non-refundable and the balance of costs will also be payable if the flat cannot be re-let. Guest can insure, quite cheaply.
NO SMOKING – All our flats are no smoking, there is a smoking area outside the front.
NO DRUGS – Illegal drugs of any kind will not be tolerated & anyone found with or smoking drugs will be asked to leave immediately & any drugs found on the premises will be disposed of.
