I'm mainly interested in Lease Option agreements of at least 5 years. I've got the funds available and if the deal is right I'm ready to move quickly. I'm also interested in fully managed R2R deals that cashflow in excess of £700 per month after all expenses. Again, I've got the funds available and if the deal is right I'm ready to move quickly. For both of these I'm not too worried about the area, although I would prefer if it was in South Yorkshire. But I'm interested as long as there is proven demand.
